CityHeART ignites the HeART of survival in veterans, seniors, families, and other individuals impacted by trauma through therapeutic art programming, resource connection, and support networks, focused on those experiencing homelessness, food/housing insecurity, domestic violence, sexual assault, and systemic inequities.
Wholeheartedly loving the community and sharing its stories since 2015. Programs include the Resource Hub (essential resources and support for people experiencing homelessness and residents of permanent supportive/temporary housing such as Century Villages at Cabrillo), HeARTy Foods (fresh produce, weekly groceries, hot meals, and emergency food packages), and ART from Ashes (therapeutic art workshops for veterans, individuals, and families by referral).
