LBCCFA represents full-time faculty members at Long Beach City College through a Representative Council and Executive Board, appointing representatives to bargaining, sabbatical, planning, budget, and curriculum committees.

The Long Beach City College Faculty Association (LBCCFA) is the union representing full-time faculty at Long Beach City College. It is a chapter of the Community College Association (CCA), itself affiliated with the California Teachers Association (CTA) and National Education Association (NEA). The association operates through a monthly Representative Council and Executive Board and appoints faculty representatives to campus bargaining, sabbatical, planning, budget, and curriculum committees.
