Seek out young people with leadership drive who are financially under-resourced and help them achieve their full potential by providing scholarships so they can attend leadership-development programs they otherwise couldn't afford.
CCLF provides scholarships to cadets who cannot afford to attend established leadership-development programs. The foundation states it is not directly affiliated with any outside organization such as Civil Air Patrol, despite many board members' personal involvement with such groups. It holds a 4/4-star Charity Navigator rating and provided $854,399 in grants in 2023.
