Equip economically disadvantaged and under-resourced boys, especially boys of color, with the character, discipline, habits, and skills needed to succeed in school, their community, and their careers, using sports and STEAM career pathways.
BOSS Programs (Business of Student Success) serves about 200 boys across LA and Orange Counties with academic support, advocacy, sports/recreational activities, family/caretaker engagement, and mentorship, with an emphasis on STEAM learning and critical thinking. 99% of alumni pursue post-secondary education, and BOSS finished #1 among mid-sized nonprofits (top 3 overall) in the 2025 Long Beach Gives fundraiser, raising $123,411.
