AlphaGirlz aims to increase the levels of physical activity in girls, women and families to reduce and prevent obesity-related diseases like Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease.
AlphaGirlz, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded June 1, 2007 that promotes physical activity among girls, women, and families as a means of preventing obesity-related disease. Programs include community fitness challenges such as its '30 Day Hill Challenge.'
